I updated my wallpaper on my iPad as a reminder and inspo on my next story.

I just reopened my Mercari store an hour ago, if anyone was wondering when I’d reopen. Buy away, lol.

Speaking of buy, my rainbow lattice sunstone has been purchased! It should arrive by the 13th of January. Day after my birthday. Along with a few small year end jewelry purchases. I’ll share with you soon. I’m so blessed and thankful for these beautiful additions to my everyday wear. I hope everyone’s Christmas was good and are ready to enjoy whatever new years celebrations are happening for you.

It is a good time to sit back and reflect on the past year. What is coming with you, what isn’t, what is being added, etc. Exciting new happenings await on the other side of this black moon in Capricorn on the 30th.

So soon I’ll be done detoxing my liver for a little bit. Which may make me feel a lot better. Unfortunately cannot say the same for my b6toxicity, my ego is impatient, lol!!

I do think I’ll feel a bit better as I improve my diet, which let’s face it, mine is terrible lately. I desperately need to eat cleaner. I know that is many people‘s New Years resolution. I don’t want to set myself up for immediate failure because my birthday is around the corner and I’m gonna eat! lol. But I am going to try and change small and work my way up. I used to feel better when I would roast lots of veggies and beans together with a splash of broth and olive oil, and eat it with rice and or/chicken and hot sauce. I’ll try do that once a week and bake a whole chicken or a pre cooked rotisserie from the deli. It is a time of eating hydrating things like soup and fruit. It’s a time of spaghetti squash, love it so much and never buy it hardly ever. Also I love acorn squashes cooked chipotle style seasonings and stuffed with cheese, rice and stir fry veggies with avacado and sour cream.

I should get a bit more strict on the gluten free to make sure I’m not getting any added folic acid, it is fairly easy to avoid and only slightly more expensive. Currently I am not restricting natural b6 in foods. So as long as I don’t drink or eat food with added b6 I’ll be fine. It is a good idea so as you don’t become deficient while detoxing the synthetic pyridoxine out.

I have been sleeping pretty well for many consecutive nights in a row. I am very happy about that.
